Metrics
Squarespace offers a range of metrics:
- Traffic Overview (number of visits, audience size, and page views)
- Mobile Usage
- Referrers (data about how--search, social media, direct links--users are finding your work)
- Popular Content
- Search Engine Queries
- Site Search Queries
For more info on metrics, see Squarespace Metrics
FAQ or Web Metrics Guide: Basics for Journalists.
The latter is a guide to Google Analytics, but Squarespace metrics are
very similar. (Unlike Google Analytics, however, Squarespace will not
count traffic from site administrators or users who are logged in, and
Squarespace has some built-in methods for filtering data from
bot-traffic.)
In addition, you can add your Google Analytics ID to your Squarespace site.
